“My husband and I were first time home buyers and had been searching for our dream home for quite some time. After walking into the house Joel built, we knew we were home. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and outstanding quality surpassed all the homes that we had been looking at for the previous 8 months. The design of the house with its effortless flow, and open floor plan, as well as the beautiful detail he put into every room really stood out to us. He built the house with the attention to detail as if his own family was going to live here. From the much-needed mudroom to the beautiful coffered ceiling in the family room, the oversized master shower, and the extensive walk-in closet, this house had everything we were looking for and more. Although the house had already been built when we looked at it, there is nothing we would have changed. Joel was extremely approachable and answered any questions we had in a professional and timely manner. We would highly recommend him, not only as a man of integrity and honesty but as one of the finest builders we have seen. We have been in the house now a little over a year and people are still constantly complimenting the craftsmanship and beauty of our home when they walk in.
