“We entered into an agreement with Joel when the house was just a foundation and the experience of building our new home with Joel was fantastic. We were very impressed by the gallery on the website and loved the floorplan that was going to be built, but what made it really special was how easy Joel made it to introduce change orders. We were able to almost completely customize our new home and really make it ours, including adding a one-of-a-kind sink for our 250 lb. Mastiff to drink out of. We also loved the custom built-in for the mudroom, for which Joel kept in mind that we planned to have 3 children and designed it perfectly to suit that goal. The workmanship and attention to detail was apparent at every visit and the updates were frequent, keeping us primed to sell our previous home at the right time. The vendors that Joel uses are all top quality and really helped in choosing some great design elements in the house, which all came together beautifully. The landscaper in particular was great and really gave us a unique look that tied in the color pallet of the house to the patio and walkway. All said and done we were able to move in as scheduled, due to Joel’s incredibly detailed and honest approach to the build. We have been loving the house since we got here, and all our guests have been really impressed as well. We would 100% recommend working with Joel to build your dream home!”
