“When my wife and I walked into 17 Jones Rd. Berlin MA with Valerie Fournier our real estate agent, we were blown away by the beautiful workmanship of home builder Joel Cote. We had visited quite a few homes at that point and we never expected what we saw when we walked into 17 Jones Rd. All of the wood and ceiling trimmings were so finely crafted. Every drawer and closet were fitted with a selfclosing mechanism as you gently closed the drawers. The bathroom was incredibly beautiful with a shower that is now my favorite place to be in the house. The wood railings and stairs were so solid compared to other houses my wife and I have seen. Mr. Cote fitted all the windows with inside cleaning tilts that makes cleaning the windows very easy. The attic is very spacious with a wood floor and lights. Mr. Cote installed a state-of-the-art water heater and propane heating system that is simply wonderful and very efficient. Mr. Cote fashioned the house with a beautiful new GE refrigerator and dish-washing machine in addition to a very modern Nest Learning Thermostat temperature system for the house. Everything in our new home is solid and of the highest quality. Mr. Cote installed so many electrical outlets that we are never to far from them when we need to plug in a device. The yard and our 1.8-acre lot were mowed and beautifully landscaped. My wife and I are still blown away everyday by the new little convenient features we find in our home. Mr. Cote treats the homes he builds as works of art. My father was a home builder but I have never seen the quality of workmanship that Mr. Cote puts into his homes. If you buy a home he builds, you will be very, very happy.
